Descrição: Ghrelin (TOTAL) RIA
Informação: Grelina (Ghrelin) é um peptídeo acilado que estimula a liberação do hormônio do crescimento pela hipófise. Foi isolada de estômago de rato e sua estrutura foi determinada como um peptídeo pequeno de 28 aminoácidos pelo Dr. kenji Kangawa (National Cardiovascular Center in Japan). O resíduo Ser3 da Grelina é modificado pelo ácido-n-octanóico, modificação necessária para a atividade hormonal. A Grelina controla a fome e perda e ganho de peso a longo prazo.
Aplicações:
