Informação: Glucagon é um hormônio de 3,5 kDa secretado pelas células A  das ilhotas de Langerhans no pâncreas, e esta envolvido no controle da homeostase de glicose, mobilização de glicose no fígado e secreção de insulina estimulada pela glicose.

Aplicações: 
Dois dias de ensaio de desiquilíbrio a 4°C. Volume de amostra < 100 µL Plasma, soro ou meio de cultura de tecido.
